PROPOZICIJE SU JEDNOSTAVNE, ŠTO NE ZNAČI DA IH NEMA.

Dakle, općenito, vaši bi prijedlozi trebali biti pametni i od šireg interesa, zanimljivi, edukativni (što više to bolje), multidisciplinarni i interdisciplinarni, multimedijalni i progresivni, ako je zabava neka je kvalitetna, najbolje bi bilo da su od studenata za studente i tako dalje. Detaljnije u nastavku.

O predlagačima programa:

Kao predlagači programa prednost imaju studenti, studentske udruge i klubovi studenata, zatim udruge koje promoviraju urbanu kulturu i kulturu mladih. Uvjet za održavanje predloženih programa u prostorima Kulture SC-a u Savskoj 25 jest da programi nisu isključivo namijenjeni usko definiranoj skupini (studentima samo jednog fakulteta, članovima udruga ili strukovnih organizacija) već moraju biti otvoreni za sve eventualne posjetitelje. Programi moraju nuditi sadržaj za koji se može pretpostaviti da će privući interes studenata Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. (U slučaju prijedloga programa koji su namijenjeni strogo definiranim skupinama i na kojima nije predviđeno učešće ostalih posjetitelja ured Kulture može predložiti i pomoći održavanje u drugim prostorima Studentskog centra kao što su odgovarajući prostori po Studentskim domovima ili SKUC-u).

Sektor Kulture SC-a je također pod sličnim uvjetima spreman izaći u susret neprofitnim organizacijama i udrugama u realizaciji programa kulturnih i obrazovnih sadržaja. Uvjet je, dakako, da su predloženi programi od jasnog interesa za studente Sveučilišta u Zagrebu i da je riječ o programima koji promiču urbanu kulturu i kulturu mladih.

Kreativni i originalni prijedlozi posebno su dobrodošli.

U gore navedenim slučajevima komercijalna isplativost nije uvjet za prihvaćanje programa.

Prijedlozi za realizaciju profitnih, komercijalno isplativih programa (znači i za SC), također su dobrodošli ako su u skladu s generalnom koncepcijom razvoja Kulture SC-a. Dogovoru o realizaciji profitnih programa SC pristupa tržišnom logikom.

Prijedlozi programa mogu se uputiti prigodom javnog natječaja početkom kalendarske godine ali i tijekom godine, a najmanje 15 dana prije njihovog održavanja (pogledati napomene za predlagače programa). Iznimno ćemo izaći ususret i u kraćem roku ako predlagač pripremi jako dobro opravdanje za kašnjenje i izrazito jak argument za održavanje programa. Ranije upućeni prijedlozi imaju prednost i veće izglede za realizaciju. Prijedlozi usvojeni na natječaju stoga uživaju prednost pri utvrđivanju datuma, prostora održavanja, eventualnog sufinanciranja i ostalog.

Napomene za predlagače programa:

Očekujemo da predlagač programa preuzme dio odgovornosti za organizaciju i provedbu svog programa. U tom ćemo smislu, ako će biti potrebno, one s manje iskustva u tom poslu upoznati s nekim zakonskim okvirima i pravilima kojih se treba držati pri organizaciji programa odnosno okupljanja.

Na primjer; u nekim se slučajevima program prijavljuje kao javno okupljanje, a predlagač (budući organizator i voditelj svog programa) postaje suodgovorna osoba za program te u tom smislu na policiji uz osobu iz SC-a potpisuje izjavu. Uz organizaciju, osiguravanje tehničkog osoblja, zaštitara i drugog i taj administrativni dio posla priprema i organizira ured kulture SC-a. (I opet iznimno i uz dobar razlog program će na policiji potpisati samo odgovorna osoba koja će biti netko iz ureda Kulture SC-a, ali ćemo općenito insistirati na podjeli odgovornosti). Dakle, u našem ćemo vas uredu po potrebi upoznati s onim što propisuje Zakon o javnom okupljanju (pa ćete vidjeti zašto programe ne možete prijavljivati dva dana prije i slično), sanitarnim propisima (ako su bitni za vaš program), dobit ćete nešto savjeta za uspješno vođenje programa (kao što su praktični savjeti oko rokova, pripreme, odnosa sa zaštitarima i slično) i tako dalje...

Dobro posjećen i uspješno proveden program jamči vam da ćemo s vama rado ući u suradnju i na vašem sljedećem projektu. Ako se pokaže da vam organizacija ide od ruke pozvat ćemo vas i da nam se pridružite u pripremi drugih programa (uz honorar).

KLUB SC

Klub SC je vrlo dobar prostor za izvođenje raznih prezentacija, predavanja, glazbenih događaja i niza drugih društvenih aktivnosti. Također se koristi za izložbe.

sadržaji: tribine, seminari, scensko-izvedbeni program (performance, scenske izvedbe koje ne zahtijevaju klasičan kazališni prostor), obrazovni programi i predavanja, izložbe, filmske projekcije, sadržaji za slobodno vrijeme (šah, društvene igre...), glazbeni program (dj i vj programi, glazbene slušaonice, koncerti demo-bendova, alternativna i klasična glazba i sl.)

KINO SC

Filmske projekcije, redovan kino-program, filmske projekcije u skladu s potrebama manifestacija u SC-u, kazališne izvedbe, koncerti...

Kino SC ima 1038 sjedećih mjesta.

Predvorje Kina SC – Galerija PU

U predvorju kina može se izlagati i održavati koncerte, predavanja, tribine i razne druge multimedijalne projekte.

Sadržaji: kao i za Klub SC (prednost imaju izložbeni programi - likovna umjetnost i performance, dok se za održavanje programa za slobodno vrijeme preporuča Klub SC) te popratni programi manifestacija u SC-u (koncerti, prigodni program...)

Max. 300 – 400 posjetitelja

GALERIJA SC

Primarno galerijski prostor koji ima svoj redovan izložbeni program. Godišnji programi zaključuju se u lipnju, a natječaj se raspisuje najkasnije u svibnju. Planirate li dakle Galeriju SC javite se na vrijeme.

Sadržaji: prednost imaju izložbeni programi (likovna umjetnost, performance i dr.), kada je organizacijski moguće: scensko-izvedbeni programi (prednost imaju tehnički manje zahtjevne i kraće forme), glazbeni program (koncerti, dj i vj programi – prednost: programi alternativne, eksperimentalne, klasične i suvremene glazbe)

Koncerti, radionice i kazališni projekti koji se planiraju u Galeriji SC trebaju odgovarati tehničkim mogućnostima prostora i imaju ograničen broj planiranih posjetitelja max 200.

MM CENTAR

U MM centru održavaju se projekti svih profila od filmskih projekcija do predavanja a moguće su i izložbe u predvorju.

Sadržaji: filmske projekcije, glazbena-koncertni programi (prednost eksperimentalna i alternativna glazba), koncertna, scenska djelatnost (neovisna produkcija, plesni program, program matineja za djecu, alternativni scenski oblici...), obrazovni programi (radionice, predavanja, tribine...)

SKUC

Društvena dvorana

U Društvenoj dvorani u SKUC-u redovno se održavaju različite radionice, probe i vježbe koje većinom vode studenti, te su studenti i polaznici. I društvena dvorana i Kino Forum otvoreni su prostori i ugošćuju prema rasporedima programe usmjerene prvenstveno studentskoj populaciji kojoj se i omogućava prezentiranje rezultata rada u prostorima SC-a.

Dvorana Pauk

Kako je riječ o velikoj dvorani koja prima i više od tisuću posjetitelja, program Pauka pokušava biti što atraktivniji široj publici. U Pauku se održavaju različiti glazbeni programi koji su uglavnom vikendima, dok se kroz tjedan u istom prostoru odvijaju razne radionice i probe zavisno od potreba i interesa. Dvorana Pauk je krajem prošle godine bila dijelom renovirana, što je bilo nužno zbog loših električnih instalacija i zapuštenosti sanitarnog čvora, tako da je sada osposobljena za nesmetan rad.

Sadržaji: koncerti, dj i vj programi, kino projekcije, tribine, kazališne i plesne predstave, radionice...

*iznimno za ovaj prostor u organizaciji koncerata prednost imaju financijski isplativi projekti (po SC, naravno) ali uz uvjet da predloženi programi moraju biti u skladu s poimanjem «urbane» glazbene scene...

TEATAR &TD

Teatar &td je prvenstveno kazališni prostor pa su tu poželjni prijedlozi programa koji se izravno ili manje izravno mogu vezati uz njegovu primarnu namjenu. Time se ne isključuju programi koji izlaze iz uskog shvaćanja kazališta, pa će tako u prostorima Teatra &td dobrodošle biti književne večeri i tribine, radionice koje na neki način doprinose razvoju scenskih djelatnosti, koncerti izvođača koji glazbeno i scenski odgovaraju prostoru i slično. Planirate li &td javite se na vrijeme, što prije to bolje. Godišnji program nadolazeće sezone zaključuje se u lipnju tekuće godine.

15-20 termina mjesečno rezervirano je za kazališne predstave iz produkcije Teatra &td (Studentskog centra) koje čine redoviti repertoar kazališta. Ostali termini namjenjuju se za projekte iz nezavisne produkcije, projekte studentskih kazališnih ili plesnih skupina, udruga koje promoviraju urbanu kulturu i kulturu mladih i projekte tzv. alternativnog scenskog izraza, odnosno one u kojima se nastoji napraviti iskorak iz klasičnog kazališnog izraza te se mogu nazvati eksperimentalnim ili «avangardnim». Planirate li &td javite se na vrijeme, što prije to bolje.

Velika i mala (polukružna) dvorana Teatra &td

Velika dvorana Teatra &td ima 200 sjedećih mjesta, i mogućnost smještanja publike na scenu.

Mala (polukružna) dvorana Teatra &td - Intiman scenski prostor s tribinama za gledatelje sa 100 sjedećih mjesta

Sadržaji: prvenstvo imaju kazališne predstave, postoji mogućnost održavanja koncerata (prednost esperimentalna, klasična, suvremena ozbiljna glazba, alternativne glazbene forme) i obrazovnih programa (predavanja, radionice...)

Dvorana Crna Teatar &td (Klub Teatra &td)

Prostor druženja koji može biti korišten za manje scenske, izložbene, glazbene i multimedijalne projekte. Sadržaji: popratna događanja uz kazališne izvedbe, izložbe, tribine, književne večeri, koncerti (jazz, klasična, suvremena ozbiljna glazba...)

Foyer &td

U foyer &td-a dobrodošle su izložbe ali ostaje otvoren za sve inovativne prijedloge.

SEK

Dvorana koju se može organizirati za potrebe projekata s malim tehničkim zahtjevima ali dobrom energijom a sadržaji su slični kao i u slučaju Teatra &td. SEK je namijenjen i profesionalnoj i manje profesionalnoj produkciji ali će u većoj mjeri biti otvoren onima koji su na početku svog bavljenja scenskim djelatnostima. Max. 100 posjetitelja s tendencijom na manje.

FRANCUSKI PAVILJON

Francuski paviljon koji je pod zaštitom Regionalnog zavoda za zaštitu spomenika kulture u Zagrebu očekuje rekonstrukcija, te je potrebno odrediti buduću namjenu obnovljenog i funkcionalnog paviljona. Specifičnost i atraktivnost građevine, te posebna osjetljivost odredit će buduću namjenu i sadržaj Francuskog paviljona. Znači, programi će se za paviljon planirati po završetku obnove i dogovora o namjeni.

Radno vrijeme, odnosno trajanje programa, varira po prostorima u skladu s njihovim mogućnostima i ograničenjima (boljom ili lošijom zvučnom izolacijom, dozvolama za rad i sl.), obimom programa, danima u tjednu i mnogim drugim stvarima. Tako će vaš program u Galeriji u pravilu trajati najkasnije do jedan sat iza ponoći, u Klubu SC-a završiti do 2, u predvorju kina moći će trajati dulje, u Pauku će završiti negdje oko 4, programi od nedjelje do srijede će završavati ranije a od četvrtka do subote kasnije... Sve potrebne informacije i o tom aspektu organizacije dobit ćete u uredu kulture SC-a kada vidimo što nam točno predlažete.

NON-STOP OPEN PROJECT COMPETITON in which you have the opportunity to participate by sending us your ideas and suggestions. We offer available space and good will. There should be no problem because all the relevant information on how to prepare and organize your project you can be found in our Office. And we’re all good.

PROPOSITIONS ARE SIMPLE, BUT THAT DOES NOT IMPLY THEY ARE NONEXISTENT

Now, generally, your propositions should be feasible and of broad interest; attractive, educational (the more the better), multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary, multimedia and progressive. If it is a party, make it as good as possible; the best would be from students to students, etc. More details further in the text.

Regarding the proposers of the project:

Students, student organizations and student clubs have the priority, then come the organizations promoting urban culture and youth culture. The condition for organizing proposed programme in the premises of the Student Centre’s Culture Program, Savska 25, is that it is not exclusively oriented towards one specific group of people (students of one specific college, members of some organization or professional association), but instead, it should be opened to all the potential visitors. The program contents should be potentially interesting to all the students of the University of Zagreb. (In case of the programs oriented towards some specific groups where outsider visitors are not expected, the Office for Culture could provide you with some other premises of the Student Centre, such as those in student dorms or SKUC).

Under similar conditions, Culture Sector of the Student Centre is prepared to support any non-profitable organization / association in preparing programs with culture and educational content. The condition is, of course, that the proposed programme is of a clear interest to the students of the University of Zagreb, and that it promotes urban culture and youth culture.

Creative and genuine ideas are especially welcomed.

In above listed cases commercial cost effectiveness is not the condition for accepting the proposed programme.

The suggestions considering profitable, commercially cost-effective programmes (for the Student Centre as well) are also welcomed, if they are in line with general development conception of the Culture of the Student Centre. The Student Centre will approach the arrangements on realization of profitable programmes according to its market logic.

The proposals of the programme can be submitted at the beginning of the calendar year during the public competition, or even throughout the year, but at least fifteen days before the programme / event should take place (look at the notes regarding the proposers of the programme). On an exceptional basis, we are prepared to cooperate in an even shorter period of time if the proposer has a very good excuse for being late and an exceptionally strong argument why the programme should be realized.

Proposals submitted earlier have an edge and a bigger chance to be elected. Therefore, the proposals elected on the competition will be privileged in terms of date and place of realization, eventual co-financing, etc.

Note to the proposers of the programmes:

We expect the proposer to take up a part of responsibility for organization and function of his/her programme. If it turns out to be necessary, we will help those less experienced by introducing them to some legal frameworks and regulations they should obey during organization, i.e. realization of the programme.

For example; in some cases the programme is being registered as public gathering, and the proposer (future organizer and manager of the programme) becomes co-responsible for the programme, and in that sense, together with a person from the Student Centre, has to sign a written statement at police headquarters. The Student Centre prepares and organizes this part of administrative work as well, together with organization, securing technical personnel, security guards, etc. (Again, with a good reason and on an exceptional basis only, a responsible person from the Office for Culture can solely sign the statement, but otherwise we will insist on shared responsibility). If needed, in our Office, we will introduce you to everything that the Law on Public Gathering requires (and you will see why it is impossible to propose programmes two days in advance and stuff like that), sanitary regulations (in case they are relevant to your programme), and you will be given a few useful advices on successful managing of the programme (practical advices on deadlines, preparation, relation with security guards, etc)…

Well-attended and successful programme guarantees that we will likely cooperate with you on your next project. If you turn out to be good at organizational stuff, we will invite you to work with us on arranging some other projects as well (that would be paid).

SC CLUB

SC Club is suitable for various presentations, lectures, music happenings and various other social activities. It is also used for exhibitions.

Contents: public discussions, seminars, stage performing actions (performances, stage performances that do not require classical theatre space), educational programmes and lectures, exhibitions, projections, leisure time activities (chess, party games…), music programmes (dj and vj programmes, musical tributes, demo-band concerts, alternative and classical music, etc.)

Max. 200 visitors

SC CINEMA

Projections, regular movie programme, projections according to the needs of manifestations taking place in the Student Centre, theatrical performances, concerts…

SC Cinema contains a 1083 -seat auditorium.

SC Cinema lobby – PU Gallery

In the Cinema lobby it is possible to organize concerts and exhibitions, lectures, public discussions/forums, as well as various other multimedia projects.

Contents: same as for the SC Club (priority is given to exhibition programmes – visual arts and performances, while the leisure-time programme is more suitable for the SC Club), with addition of accompanying programmes of events taking place in the Student Centre (concerts, occasional events…)

Maximum 300 – 400 visitors

SC GALLERY

This is primarily an exhibition space, with a regular exhibition program. Annual program is finalized in June, and the competition for participation is announced in May at the latest. If you are planning to use the SC Gallery contact us on time.

Contents: priority is given to exhibition programs (visual arts, performances, etc.), when this is organizationally possible to: stage-performing programs (priority given to technically less demanding and shorter forms), music programs (concerts, dj and vj programmes – priority; programs of alternative, experimental, classical and contemporary music)

All the concerts, workshops and theatrical projects planned in the SC Gallery have to respect technical limitations of the given space, and plan a maximum of 200 visitors.

MM CENTRE

MM Centre is a space for various kinds of programs, ranging from film projections to lectures, and there is also a possibility of putting up an exhibition in the lobby.

Contents: film projections, music programs and concerts (priority given to alternative and experimental music), stage performances (independent production, dance programs, matinee for children, alternative scene forms…), educational programs (workshops, lectures, forums…)

Max. 100 visitors

SKUC

Assembly Hall

Regular space for various workshops, rehearsals and trainings, mostly managed by students who are at the same time the attendees of the programme.

The Assembly Hall and Forum Cinema are the spaces opened to everyone who, according to schedule, regularly hosts programs aimed primarily at student population. In this way, the premises of the Student Centre are available for students to present the results of their work.

Pauk Hall

Because of this hall’s capability to host more than one thousand visitors, the programme of Pauk aims at attracting a wide audience. Various music events are hosted here mostly on weekends, while during the week it serves as a place for workshops and rehearsals, depending on needs and interests. Due to poor electric installations and neglected toilet facilities, Pauk Hall was partly renovated at the end of the last year and is now enabled to work properly.

Contents: concerts, dj and vj programmes, film projections, forums/discussion panels, theatrical and scene performances, workshops…

*on an exceptional basis, in concert organization priority is given to cost-effective projects (for the SC, of course), but under condition that the suggested programs are in line with the notion of “urban” music scene…

Max. 1200 visitors

&TD THEATRE

&TD Theatre is primarily a theatre space; therefore, it is most suitable for programs that more or less refer to its primary usage. However, this does not exclude programs that go beyond the usual conception of theatre. Other programs, such as literary evenings and public discussions, workshops that somehow contribute to development of performing arts, concerts that musically and scenically suit the given space, etc, are welcomed as well. If you are planning to use this space, contact us on time, the sooner the better. The final annual program for the following season has been announced in June, current year.

Plays of the &TD Theatre (part of the Student Centre) are part of the regular, scheduled program, and 15-20 dates in a month are reserved for that purpose. Available remaining dates are intended for independent production, projects of the student dance or theatre groups, associations that promote urban culture and youth culture, and the projects of the so-called alternative scene performance, i.e. those who attempt to go beyond the usual conception of theatre, and therefore can be called experimental or avant-garde. Large and Small (Semicircular) Hall of the &TD Theatre

The Large Hall contains 200 seats, plus the possibility to place audience on the stage.

The Small (Semicircular) Hall is an intimate theatrical space with 100 seats.

Contents: priority is given to theatre plays, but there is also a possibility of organizing concerts (priority – experimental, classical, serious contemporary music, alternative music forms) and educational programs (lectures, workshops…)

Black Hall of the &TD Theatre (&TD Theatre Club)

This is a space for socializing and can be used for minor performance, exhibition, music and multimeda programs.

Contents: events following theatrical performances, exhibitions, public discussions, literary evenings, concerts (jazz, classical music, serious contemporary music…)

Max 100 visitors

&TD Foyer

Exhibitions are welcomed, but this space is generally available for any innovative suggestions.

SEK

This space can be organized for technically non-demanding but energetic projects, and the contents are similar to those concerning the &TD Theatre.

SEK is intended for more or less professional production, but mostly for people at an early point of their career in performance activities.

Max 100 visitors, preferably less

THE FRENCH PAVILION

The French Pavilion is under protection of the Regional Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments, Zagreb. It is now facing reconstruction, and the future purpose of renewed and functional pavilion is yet to be specified.

Uniqueness, attractiveness and particular sensitivity of the building are about to determine the future purpose and contents of the French Pavilion. Therefore, programs and ideas for the Pavilion will be considered after the reconstruction is finished and after its purpose has been specified.

Working hours i.e. the lasting of a program depends on the premises and their potential and limitations (better or worse sound isolation, working license, etc.), range of events, days in the week, and lots of other things. This means that an event in the Gallery is about to be closed around 1 am at the latest, in SC Club at 2 am, in the Cinema foyer it can last a bit longer, and in Pauk until 4 am. Events from Sunday till Wednesday are about to be closed earlier than those from Thursday till Sunday…

All information on this aspect of the organization will be given to you in the Office for Culture after we see what exactly you are suggesting with your project.
